One-on-One Sessions

Benefits include: customized programming for your unique needs, learning proper alignment, and efficient use of your time. One-on-One is also a great way to prepare you for a group class. Sessions can take place at Studio Arcadia or online.

Duets

Benefits include: good financial value, accountability, and support for your ongoing practice. Duets are also a healthy and fun activity to share with a partner or friend. Sessions can take place at Studio Arcadia or online.

$97 for 45 minutes

Group Sessions

Benefits include: developing community around your practice and they are the best financial value. Group sessions change and evolve as the group progresses. Group sessions are hybrid, and can be attended either in Studio Arcadia or online. Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30am

$22 drop-in (Sliding scale available upon request)

$130 monthly pass (no pro-rating)

Restorative Yoga is a way to create deep relaxation and easy by using props to support the body in comfortable poses. It is not about stretching, but rather about opening and facilitating a shift into a state of safety and relaxation. The goal is to make the body comfortable and create an environment conducive to total repose.

Benefits include: activating the parasympathetic nervous system which lowers heart rate, decreases hot-flashes in menopause*, respiratory rate, reduces pain, lowers cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood glucose.
